Ginseng: Brain Food

The other day I had a friend that drank 10 servings of Superior Ginseng Drink and became “wired” the rest of the day. This got me to thinking about what effect the root would have on me if taken in small doses.

After a little research around the net, I found info that states Ginseng has a number of health benefits:

  • Energy
  • Brain Function
  • Stress
  • Sexual Potency
  • Cardiovascular Health
  • Increase Immunity
  • Anti-Aging
  • Cancer Treatment

Now, I am not entirely new to taking herbal supplements, but this might be an interesting experiment to try.  Today I will go out and buy some sort of Ginseng supplement to test on myself.
